SUNY at Purchase College, situated in Purchase, New York, offers a unique blend of liberal arts and fine arts education within a public institution framework. Founded in 1967 as a part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, it is characterized by its modernist architecture and bucolic 500-acre campus setting, approximately 30 miles from New York City.
