Houston Community College (HCC) is a multi-campus community college system serving the Greater Houston metropolitan area through six regional colleges and numerous satellite centers. Located throughout Houston's urban core and surrounding communities, HCC operates more than 20 locations across a 630-square-mile service area. The college, established in 1971, offers more than 300 academic programs including associate degrees, certificates, and workforce training in fields such as healthcare, information technology, business, and industrial technology. As an open-enrollment institution, HCC maintains partnerships with local industries and provides extensive workforce development programs aligned with regional employment needs.
