Go to Spring Branch for all of your financial aid stuff. A short black girl there with short hair helped me and a veteran today. She said she was new to the office. She was so nice so patent with people. She talked to us like humans and not like stupid kids. No judgement from her at all. When I didn't know what something meant on application she didn't huff and puff like I bothered her. She showed a veteran where he could find his things on the computer and he cracked a smile from here to arazonia. He said you not going to send me to the VA to get the run around. She told him no why when I can help you here. When I say she did a good job she did. Houston she is a keep. Spring Branch is where she is. I wish I had ask her name. If you go ask for short black girl that knows veteran stuff.
