The University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, established in 1927, is the first and largest regional campus of the University of Pittsburgh. Located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, roughly 70 miles east of Pittsburgh, the campus offers a bucolic setting amidst the Laurel Highlands. The institution is known for combining the advantages of a small college with the resources of an acclaimed research university.
