Saint Vincent College, founded in 1846 by Boniface Wimmer, is a private, Benedictine liberal arts college in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, approximately 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. The campus is noted for its picturesque abbey in the Romanesque architectural style, encompassing a serene and traditional collegiate environment within its 200-acre grounds. Offering a range of bachelor's degree programs, the college is particularly recognized for its majors in business, education, and the sciences. Saint Vincent operates under a moderately selective admissions process and provides various options for on-campus living, accommodating a majority of its undergraduate population in residence halls. The college does not have a prominent athletic program that is widely known for success in intercollegiate athletics.
