The University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF) is embedded in a suburban community within the city of River Falls, Wisconsin, just a short drive from the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Established in 1874, UWRF is a public institution that merges a liberal arts education with professional programs, and it's recognized for its strong emphasis on undergraduate research, sustainable practices, and internship opportunities. The campus is noted for its blend of historical and contemporary architecture, and offers on-campus housing options to foster an integrated academic and residential experience.
