Test Submission Requirements

The University of Washington Seattle campus does not consider SAT or ACT scores in first-year admission review for the 2026-27 cycle. Application readers do not see submitted scores, and scores are not used for admission scholarships or the University Honors Program. SAT scores of 1400 or higher or ACT scores of 31 or higher may be considered for a small number of applicants who might not otherwise be admitted. Homeschooled applicants and students from schools without letter or numeric grades must still submit SAT or ACT scores unless they have completed at least one year of college coursework.
