Bluefield University (formerly Bluefield College) is a private Baptist institution located in Bluefield, Virginia, situated in the Appalachian Mountains near the Virginia-West Virginia border. Founded in 1922 by the Baptist General Association of Virginia, the institution operates from a 82-acre residential campus characterized by its hilltop setting and traditional brick buildings.
