Alumnus
Great academic programs, ability to go to Rome campus for a semester is the best part of attending UD. Rigorous but excellent classes.
Parent
It has a very rigorous academic life and caring professors. You will learn and grow here, and truly learn how to think (not what to think). Very impressed with their curriculum.
Current Student
Great place, despite its ugly architecture. Professors are knowledgeable yet for the most part down-to earth and easy to approach outside of office hours, willing to work with your schedule. Campus life involves a drinking culture, associated with Groundhog, though year-round, and students often go off campus to party. Nevertheless, the University takes its Catholic identity seriously and is connected to the Diocesan Seminary and Dominican Priory.
Alumnus
UD may not be the prettiest campus compared to others, but I would say it is one of the best educations you will find across our great country. The core curriculum steeped in the Western Tradition and the international Rome program cement a student's education. It literally changed my life and I am thankful for it. My son now attends.
Parent
We flew to Dallas to look at SMU, which was gorgeous! This place look like a public housing project. With on 35 million endowment, this place doesn't look like it is going anywhere.
