Classes were uneven and poorly run, including instructors who banned AI while using it themselves. Advising and records were worse: a late withdrawal was confirmed, then I was left enrolled for weeks. Scholarships I had already been awarded were later reversed, I was billed and put on hold, and Financial Aid said there was no appeal. A cyber incident then took down D2L and email during finals, and a hold came back after I was told it was cleared. I cancelled my aid and left. Get everything in writing.
