Angelo State University, located in San Angelo in west-central Texas, occupies a 268-acre campus approximately 250 miles from both Dallas and Austin. The institution, which began as a junior college in 1928 before joining the Texas Tech University System in 2007, features Spanish Colonial Revival architecture throughout its main campus.
