Newberry College is a private liberal arts institution located in Newberry, South Carolina, approximately 40 miles from the state capital, Columbia. Founded in 1856 and affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the college offers a suburban campus setting noted for its historic buildings of Elizabethan architectural style.
