Overall despicable. Professors openly teach Marxist theology. The school claims to be Christian but even the "pastor" is openly gay with a pride flag in the chapel. Safety is a huge issue as the dorm doors are often broken and free for anyone to walk in for weeks at a time. RA's allow students to drink in the dorms and the fire department has to respond to dorms regularly for fire alarms activated due to weed smoke. There is nothing to do in Newberry, which is an overall cute town. The "college" advertises clubs that do not exist and has no real activities for students in their down-time. If you are looking for a positive college experience, avoid this place like the plague.
