Furman University, located in Greenville, South Carolina, is a private liberal arts college founded in 1826. Set on a 750-acre campus noted for its Georgian-style architecture and a picturesque lake, Furman provides a scenic environment for its undergraduate and graduate students. Approximately five miles from downtown Greenville, the campus merges suburban tranquility with proximity to an urban center.
