Duquesne University, founded in 1878 by the Congregation of the Holy Spirit, is a private, Catholic institution located on a 50-acre campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Known for its distinctive Gothic architecture, the university offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs, with a notable emphasis on the liberal arts, business, and health sciences.
