The College of Mount St. Joseph, commonly referred to as Mount St. Joseph University, is a private, Catholic institution founded in 1920 and located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This university offers a liberal arts and professional education with a diverse range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, with nursing, business, and education among the most popular majors. The campus is characterized by its contemporary architecture and provides residence halls for students preferring on-campus living. Situated on the western edge of Cincinnati, Mount St. Joseph University combines an intimate, serene campus environment with the cultural and employment opportunities of a major urban center. While the college maintains a moderately selective admissions process, it is dedicated to holistic student education grounded in the values of the Sisters of Charity. Mount St. Joseph University does not have a particularly high profile in intercollegiate athletics; however, it offers a range of varsity sports teams known as the Lions.

In the most recent statistical year 2,127 prospective students applied, and 1,156 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 296 enrolled in the school.  1,211 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 816 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $33,750 plus fees of $1,150.
