Haywood Community College sits on a 120-acre wooded campus in the mountains of western North Carolina, located in Clyde and serving the greater Haywood County region approximately 25 miles west of Asheville. The two-year public institution, established in 1965, operates as part of the North Carolina Community College System and offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates across both technical and college transfer programs.
