Bethany Lutheran College is a private residential liberal arts college located in Mankato, Minnesota, approximately 85 miles southwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Established in 1927 by the Evangelical Lutheran Synod, the college features a picturesque 50-acre campus marked by a blend of historic and modern buildings with a coherent, collegiate Gothic architectural style. Bethany Lutheran offers a range of undergraduate programs, with notable strengths in media arts, business, education, and pre-professional studies. While the college maintains a broadly based liberal arts curriculum, it is also known for its Vocation and Christian Leadership Program, emphasizing the integration of faith with professional and academic pursuits.
