Holyoke Community College occupies a 135-acre hilltop campus in Holyoke, Massachusetts, situated in the Pioneer Valley region approximately 90 miles west of Boston. The campus, established in 1946 as the city's first public institution of higher education, features modern academic facilities and a notable Center for Health Education & Simulation. As the largest community college in western Massachusetts, HCC offers associate degrees and certificate programs, with strong emphasis on health sciences, business, and liberal arts transfer pathways. The college maintains transfer agreements with numerous four-year institutions throughout New England and operates an on-campus Early College High School program in partnership with local school districts. The campus includes contemporary science laboratories, a state-funded Culinary Arts Institute, and extensive student support facilities.
