Located in Angola, Indiana, approximately 45 miles north of Fort Wayne, Trine University is a private institution situated on a 450-acre campus characterized by its mix of historic and modern facilities. Originally founded in 1884 as Tri-State Normal College, the university adopted its current name in 2008 to honor trustees Ralph and Sheri Trine. The institution maintains a focus on engineering, business, and health sciences programs, with the College of Engineering and Business being particularly prominent in the region.
