Florida Atlantic University requires first-year applicants to submit SAT, ACT, or Classic Learning Test (CLT) scores for the 2026-27 cycle. FAU, like Florida's other public universities, is subject to Board of Governors regulation 6.002. You may self-report scores in the Future Owl Portal for review, but official scores are required by the first day of class. FAU superscores by using the highest SAT, ACT, and CLT subscores across test dates. The SAT and ACT writing sections and the ACT Science section are not required.
