Colorado State University Pueblo operates on a 275-acre campus on the north side of Pueblo, Colorado, located approximately 45 miles south of Colorado Springs. The institution, established in 1933 as Southern Colorado Junior College, evolved into a comprehensive public university and joined the Colorado State University System in 2003.
