Stillman College, a private historically Black liberal arts institution founded in 1876 by the Presbyterian Church, is located in western Tuscaloosa, Alabama, approximately 60 miles southwest of Birmingham. The 105-acre campus features a combination of historical and modern buildings, anchored by Sheppard Library and Winsborough Hall, which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
