Central Wyoming College is located in Riverton, Wyoming, situated in the Wind River Basin approximately 150 miles from Yellowstone National Park. The main campus consists of modern academic buildings and residential facilities spread across 300 acres in a rural setting, with satellite locations in Jackson, Lander, and the Wind River Indian Reservation. Established in 1966 to serve central Wyoming's educational needs, CWC operates as a public two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs.
