Bluefield State College is a historically black college located in Bluefield, West Virginia. Offering a suburban campus environment, this public institution was established in 1895 and has since evolved to emphasize the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields. Occupying a position in the picturesque Appalachian Mountains, Bluefield State College is approximately 100 miles from Roanoke, VA.
