If you are a student, former student, faculty member or parent, please help guide other prospective students by sharing your personal experiences at this college. What is it really like to go to Virginia Tech?
I only gave Social life and party 4 stars because geeks like us in Virginia Tech who living among farms and mountains can only play and drink with ourselves. That being said, despite the above fact, we have one of the best dining halls among american colleges. And this fact makes the restaurants around the campus also need to hold pretty high standards. So if you are worried about daily life on campus (as in rewarding yourself with a delicious meal after a day of miserable classes), rest assured that Virginia Tech would get you covered.

Three things I loved about VT: Research opportunities, the beautiful campus, and the embodiment of the school's motto "Ut Prosim".
