The University of Richmond occupies a 350-acre suburban campus located six miles west of downtown Richmond, Virginia. Founded in 1830 as a Baptist seminary, the private liberal arts institution features Collegiate Gothic architecture across its campus, which is centered around Westhampton Lake.
