Grayson College is a public community college located in Denison, Texas, approximately 60 miles north of Dallas along the Texas-Oklahoma border. The main campus, established in 1965, occupies 140 acres and features modern classroom facilities, technical training centers, and dedicated health science buildings. The college maintains a second campus in Van Alstyne and serves students across North Texas with programs in nursing, advanced manufacturing, viticulture and enology, and various technical and vocational fields. While primarily a commuter institution, the college operates student housing facilities at Viking Hall for athletes and students in specific technical programs. The college fields athletic teams in baseball, softball, and basketball as the Vikings in the National Junior College Athletic Association.
