Located in the rural northwest region of Tennessee, The University of Tennessee Martin (UT Martin) serves as a primary campus within the University of Tennessee system. The 250-acre main campus features a mix of modern and traditional collegiate architecture, surrounded by the university's additional 680 acres of agricultural demonstration land. Initially established in 1927 as a junior college, UT Martin evolved into a four-year undergraduate institution and now offers comprehensive academic programs with particular strengths in agriculture, business, education, and engineering.
