I just started Penn State LHV this fall. I chose Penn State because I heard that they have good teachers but that is not what I have experienced. My one teacher has cancelled class twice already in less than 1 month and when she is there she pushes her liberal agenda on everyone; the first thing she said to us was "I am a die-hard Democrat." So, how do I write papers expressing my opinions as a Republican when all she pushes is liberalism? English should NOT be about politics. My other teacher has been late 4 times and cancelled class twice. My calculus teacher has an extremely heavy accent, gets mad if you ask her what she said or how to do something, and will actually make fun of you if you answer wrong. Students are not in these classes because they already know this stuff, they are there to be taught, thus the need for teachers! I was forced to buy 4 expensive books that we never use, there are very few clubs to join, & the food is expensive. I feel I made a mistake. :(
