Northern Pennsylvania Regional College

Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC) serves a nine-county region in rural northwestern Pennsylvania from its administrative headquarters in Warren. Established in 2017 through a partnership with Gannon University, NPRC operates as a public, non-profit institution delivering courses through a distributed model of classroom locations across its service area.
