If you are a student, former student, faculty member or parent, please help guide other prospective students by sharing your personal experiences at this college. What is it really like to go to Immaculata University?
My biggest complaint is If you cannot get a flu shot or a covid shot (even if you have allergies), you will NOT be successful in any of their nurse degree programs, but they won?t tell you that and will instead string you along with the hope that you may be placed in a clinical. I was forced to drop out just 1 day (I had to take the initiative) before the accelerated cohort of 2025 was to begin because I still had not been given a clinical placement-yet the clinical coordinator never communicated to me that she simply had no placement for me (Clinical placements must be taken every semester in the accelerated program because they necessitate graduation). I had to take action in dropping all of my classes in the Spring 2025 semester 1 day before they would begin to get a full refund, otherwise I would have paid $10,000 for the first semester-money down the drain. So, I would NOT recommend Immaculata University because the communication is very poor and they are not truthful that you WILL NOT be successful in any of their nursing degree programs simply because of a flu and covid shot. I would not waste your time or money taking any of their pre-nursing classes for entrance into the ABSN program unless you can get all your shots like a dog or a cat. All those pre-nursing classes would have been much cheaper at a community college. Other than that, which was enough to make me decide to withdraw from the university, the experience was ok. I am writing this review because I do not want anyone to experience what I just did.

This college is extremely money hungry. It's a toss-up when getting professors and when changes are made to drop/add and financial aid policies, they don't tell you or post it on their website. I happily withdrew from Immaculata and will never return again.

The campus is beautiful. The teacher-to-student ratio is excellent. The variety of degree programs means you can choose a very customized career path. The on-campus tour is pretty cool, especially the ESports stadium

It's a good school if you're only focused on schoolwork without having much fun. Only go here if you don't mind a small school with little action.
