Albright College, located in Reading, Pennsylvania, is a private liberal arts college that was founded in 1856, with a campus noted for its Victorian Gothic architectural style. Situated within a residential neighborhood and less than an hour's drive from Philadelphia, it provides students with a suburban setting that incorporates the historical charm of its buildings. Albright is characterized by a broad-based liberal arts curriculum with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary learning and undergraduate research. The college offers a range of majors, with particularly recognized programs in Business, Communications, and the sciences. With regards to selectivity, Albright maintains a moderately selective admissions process.
