Horribly inefficient staff who have no desire to improve. Hard to get through to anyone. They make excuses rather than admit mistakes. Teachers know their subjects, but are not top notch at teaching. Classes are small so that is good. Basically, I just wish the school cared enough to fix rather than justify problems.
