Klamath Community College is located in Klamath Falls, Oregon, approximately 280 miles southeast of Portland in the high desert region near the California border. The main campus, established in 1996, occupies 140 acres featuring modern academic buildings and technical training facilities surrounded by open spaces characteristic of the rural Basin area. KCC serves as a primary educational hub for the region, offering two-year associate degrees and career technical programs with particular emphasis on healthcare, business, and agricultural sciences. The college maintains strong partnerships with local industry and operates a notable workforce development program that includes commercial truck driving and welding certification programs.
