The University of Oklahoma Norman Campus, located in the suburban setting of Norman, Oklahoma, approximately 20 miles south of Oklahoma City, boasts a rich history that dates back to its founding in 1890. Renowned for its Chautauqua Gothic architectural style, the campus fosters an academic environment with a range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. Among its notable offerings, the university's meteorology and earth sciences programs stand out, reflecting the region's engagement with atmospheric and geological phenomena.
