I've been a student here for the past 4 years and I'm honestly so sad that my time is ending. Athens has become like my second home. I have made some of my best friends here and have some amazing memories. The most challenging thing is finding the balance of school work and going out. Once you get the hang of that everything is going to be blast (I went out almost every Wednesday-Saturday and still had a 3.5). Recommend this school to anyone that wants that typical college experience.

I was only at OU for 1 semester, and had a love-hate relationship with it. The academics were great and I loved all my classes, but had a few HUGE ones 150-450 people. I will say that it had a great "college vibe" and Athens is a great city, but there are so many parties that I found it difficult to focus on school sometimes. I ended up getting off track and wanted to transfer to be able to focus more. Would recommend to someone who could keep social life and school balanced.
