Notre Dame College is a private Catholic liberal arts institution located in South Euclid, a suburban community approximately 10 miles east of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Founded in 1922 by the Sisters of Notre Dame, the college originally served as a women's institution before becoming fully coeducational in 2001. The 48-acre wooded campus features a mix of historic and modern buildings, including the historic Administration Building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The college offers undergraduate programs with particular emphasis in nursing, education, business administration, and criminal justice, while maintaining a core liberal arts curriculum. Students can choose to reside in one of several on-campus residence halls, and the college competes in NCAA Division II athletics as the Falcons, participating in the Mountain East Conference.
