John Carroll University is a private Jesuit university founded in 1886, located in University Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. Striking for its Georgian architecture, the campus provides a traditional collegiate ambience. Primarily an undergraduate institution, John Carroll offers a range of majors with strengths in Business, Sciences, and the Liberal Arts. The university fosters a rigorous academic environment with a moderate level of application selectivity. John Carroll is residential, with a majority of students living on campus across various housing options, including traditional dormitories, suites, and townhouse apartments.
