Wingate University, established in 1896, is a private institution located in the suburban setting of Wingate, North Carolina, approximately 30 miles southeast of the bustling city of Charlotte. The campus, covering 400 acres, features a blend of traditional collegiate-style architecture and modern facilities, fostering a serene academic environment. With an emphasis on both liberal arts and professional education, Wingate offers a variety of undergraduate majors, with notable programs in pharmacy, business, education, and the health sciences.
