Overview

Piedmont Community College (PCC) is a two-year educational institution located in Roxboro, North Carolina. Established in 1970, PCC operates with a mission to enrich the region's educational and economic development. The college offers a serene campus environment set in a rural area, providing students a focused atmosphere for learning. Being approximately 30 miles north of Durham, the school allows for accessibility to a larger urban center while maintaining a quieter, community-oriented campus setting. PCC does not provide on-campus housing; instead, it caters to commute-based and non-residential student demographics. Piedmont Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  148 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 1,002 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $2,432 plus fees of $124.
