Corning Community College (CCC), established in 1956 as part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, is a public community college located in the Southern Tier region of New York. Situated near the city of Elmira and within an approximate two-hour drive from Rochester, CCC provides a scenic campus environment set against the backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains. The college is known for facilitating a range of associate degree programs, with particular emphasis on liberal arts, science, and nursing, as well as career-focused technical and vocational education.
