Burlington County College, known as Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) following its 2015 merger with Rowan University, is a public community college located in Pemberton, New Jersey. Situated approximately 25 miles east of Philadelphia, the college offers a suburban setting that blends green spaces with modern and functional architecture. Established in 1966, RCBC provides a comprehensive range of associate degree programs, notably in Nursing, Business, and Liberal Arts, and facilitates a streamlined transfer to four-year institutions through its "3+1" program with Rowan University, allowing students to complete a bachelor's degree at a significantly reduced cost. While the college's application process is relatively non-selective, aiming to provide wider access to higher education, it maintains a focus on quality academics and personalized learning environments. RCBC does not provide on-campus housing but emphasizes commuter-friendly amenities and services. The college does not have an athletics program that is widely recognized at a competitive intercollegiate level.
