Mississippi College, located in Clinton, Mississippi, is a private Christian university founded in 1826, making it the second-oldest Baptist-affiliated college in the United States and the oldest college in Mississippi. Positioned just west of the state capital, Jackson, the college offers a suburban atmosphere conducive to both academic focus and access to urban amenities.
