The institution offers career and technical education programs, liberal arts and sciences courses for transfer, and customized training for regional businesses. Ridgewater's technical programs include agriculture, veterinary technology, automation and robotics, and healthcare, while maintaining comprehensive support services and modern technical facilities on both campuses. The college maintains strong connections with local industry partners and provides student housing options near the Willmar campus through arrangements with private apartment complexes.
