Party and bar scene is a "1" because college should not be about partying and getting drunk. If it was a "5" it would be a waste of my time because I went there to learn. I didn't graduate from U of P because I joined the army and went to Viet Nam. When I returned my home state of Illinois offered returning combat vets 4 years of a totally free university education at any school in the state. Too good to pass up.
