Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKCTC), located in Cumberland, Kentucky, is a public, two-year institution that provides accessible post-secondary education to students from the surrounding Appalachian region, including those near its urban neighbor, Lexington. Founded in 1960, SKCTC is part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) and operates additional campuses in Harlan, Bell, Letcher, and Knox counties.
