I loved attending KMBC and left feeling very equipped for the ministry I was going into. I loved the atmosphere, it is truly like being a part of a family. The emphasis on personal spiritual growth transformed my life! Although I was pushed to excel academically, they taught us that being transformed spiritually is the bigger priority and that was evident. As for the party scene, it is a 5 out of 5 for me, but I'm into Jesus party's not the bar scene.

Kentucky Mountain Bible College is a school with great values, as well as tried and true methods of developing character! The years I spent as a student and in their work program helped prepare me for the position I am in today as an employee, but also as a wife, friend, and most of all, as a Christian! Their staff and faculty are dedicated to investing in students academically, emotionally and spiritually. I received an excellent education and participated in mentorships that set me up for the ability to begin a masters program, as well as begin the ordination process through my church denomination. I cannot speak highly enough of my time at Kentucky Mountain Bible College.

It is a great place to get a foundation on who God is. You have to be open minded on having your opinions change. Don't be afraid to question why the faculty and state think the way they do. Also the faculty and staff want to help you grow and they see you like family.

I would not be where I am today if not for KMBC. Attending college at KMBC has helped me in every area of my life ? in my spiritual life, in my relationships, in my career endeavors, and so much more. The professors are so intentional and genuinely care for you, both as a student and as an individual. If you?re looking for a place to grow tremendously in your spiritual walk while receiving a quality, Biblical education at an unbeatable cost, KMBC is the place for you.

My time at KMBC has been excellent. I was not certain where the Lord was leading me, but He opened the door for me to attend this college. I have been blessed to live in KMBC's sportive close nit community. I don't plan on using my education for full-time ministry, but I have been well prepared for layman ministry. I would suggest KMBC to anyone looking to deepen their relationship with Christ while attending college.

I enjoy my time here at KMBC. The presence of God is here, wonderful Student body, professor and stuff members are awesome, KMBC is affordable, and it?s a great campus to peruse God and education. Great experience!

I would first recommend that you fully surrender your expectations and your worldliness before even submitting an application. If you do not read the handbook and surrender your attachment to the world's view of how to act and dress, then you will struggle and buck against the rules. The rules are in place to help you become a better person, a stronger Christian, and reflect God in the outside world. They are not to make you feel restricted or stripped of your personality as some students have felt. Yes, the rules and dress code are strict and specific, but contrast that with what the rest of the world is saying is "okay." The rules are to challenge your acceptance of what the Bible says compared to what the world says. Surrendering your thoughts of the rules will lead you to have a better experience and a positive change of character, that's what God looks at after all. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be here as a student and to experience a new culture, to be challenged in my thinking and life choices, and getting to know what God has in store for my future. Would I recommend KMBC? Yes, I would. If you are looking to enroll or seeking to send a student to KMBC, take a tour (and sit in on all the activities they list for you). While you are here, speak to people that are experiencing being a student here, not just staff members. Ask questions, be prepared to know what you are signing up for. Pray before you come. I received a definite answer that this was the school to attend, it may not be the case for you or your student.

I graduated in 2022. I absolutely loved my experience at KMBC, and would choose it again. No regrets! My favorite part of KMBC was the loving and godly environment among students and staff. The staff truly cared about me and invested personally in my life in many ways. At what other school can you walk into your professor?s office when you?re going through a rough spot and get solid spiritual advice? God used KMBC to help me find freedom from issues that I thought I would have to carry the rest of my life. I also gained 4 years of active ministry experience. Now I?m about to start pastoring and I feel ready and excited!

Kentucky Mountain Bible College is not perfect. They never claim to be. They don't claim you'll get the best room or the greatest food. However; that wasn't what they offered and also not what I signed up for. I signed to grow closer to Jesus, to learn more about Him, and to go out and share Him with others no matter what other people thought about us. They teach and encourage you to follow Jesus no mater the cost. I can say being a senior that through classes, chapels, and staff/mentors KMBC has done what they can to make that happen. They have done their part but now we have to do our. This is what I signed up for and this what I received. So if this is what is wanted, to learn to have a better relationship with God and share with others about Him. Then this is the perfect place, if that's what your looking for. If not, then probably not considered perfect. This is what I wanted and I received it and I would say KMBC was the place for me.

Great places! Facilities are outdated, food is not that good, and dorms are okay. The people are great and God is definitely moving on campus!

KMBC is not like any other college. If you are looking for a basic college experience then it is not the school for you. However, if you are looking for an opportunity to grow and try things that you would have never had the opportunity to do before then KMBC may be it.

I wish I never went to this school to begin with. Faculty and staff has a narrow mind of what ?ministry? should look like and believe anything outside of the church, work wize, is sinful and a waist of time. Going to this school was one of my biggest mistakes in life and I wish I never waisted my time there to begin will. DO NOT GO, YOU WILL HATE IT.
