MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) is located in Olathe, Kansas, a suburban community 20 miles southwest of Kansas City. Established in 1966 by the Church of the Nazarene, the private Christian university operates on a 105-acre residential campus featuring contemporary academic buildings and traditional collegiate architecture. The university maintains its liberal arts foundation while offering professional programs in nursing, education, and business, along with an emphasis on ministry and Christian studies. MNU provides traditional dormitory housing for undergraduate students and participates in NAIA Division I athletics as the Pioneers, competing in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
