William Penn University, located in Oskaloosa, Iowa, approximately 60 miles southeast of Des Moines, operates from a residential campus spanning 75 acres. Established in 1873 by Quaker settlers, the institution maintains its historical affiliation with the Religious Society of Friends while serving students of all backgrounds.
